Administration

HELGRAMED is ruled by the General Assembly and the Board of Directors. The General Assembly is the highest decisive body of the Union. It convenes once a year in a regular annual meeting or in an extraordinary meeting if required.
The Board of Directors is the executive body of the Union. The Board is elected by secret ballot for a term of two years by the members who possess the voting right. The board has 7 members.

During the last election (2021) the Board has been structured as follows:
